As part of our ongoing investment in upgrading our yard & its facilities at Langley Mill, with the assistance of our sister company, Broughton Electrical, we have installed 3x EV charging points within our staff car park.

To encourage our staff to make the sustainable move to electric, the points will be free for them to use as and when they make the step towards purchasing an electric vehicle. They also play a key role in charging our fleet of electric company vehicles used by our Group management.

This is another key part in our businesses effort in reducing our carbon footprint & our continued drive towards a more sustainable operational future.

The civils side of the installation of these 3x points has been executed in such a way that we can easily extend the system as the need for more points grows within the business & using the NAL retention socket system also makes changing the points simple if they become damaged.
